Cancellation  Policy 

• Customers will receive a 75% refund if canceled more than 24 hours before the tour.
   

• Guests will receive a 50% refund if they cancel within 24 hours of departure.
   

• Customers will receive a full refund in the case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
   

• Cancellations must be made by phone between 6:00–8:00 AM or 6:00–9:00 PM AST.
   

• Requests outside these hours will be handled during available times, as guides may be on tour during the day.
