Reservations & Payment: All reservations must be made in advance through our website or authorized booking partners. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Booking Confirmation: Once your booking is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tour details, including pickup time, location, and itinerary. Please review this information carefully and contact us with any questions.

Arrival & Departure: Guests are required to be ready at the designated pickup location and time. Late arrivals may result in missed tour time and destinations.

No-Show Policy: Guests who fail to arrive at the scheduled pickup time will be considered a no-show and are not eligible for a refund. After 20 minutes, guests will be considered a no-show.

Tour Requirements: Some tours may include light walking, uneven terrain, or varying weather conditions. Guests are responsible for dressing appropriately for weather conditions, wearing suitable footwear, and meeting any physical or age requirements listed for the tour.

Minimum & Maximum Guests: Maximum group sizes are enforced to ensure quality and safety.

Itinerary & Timing: Tour itineraries and stop durations are approximate and may vary due to weather conditions, traffic or road conditions, and guest pace and preferences. We reserve the right to adjust itineraries to ensure the best possible experience.

Weather Policy: Tours operate in most weather conditions. Alaska weather can change quickly, and we recommend dressing in layers. In the event of unsafe conditions, we may cancel or modify a tour for safety reasons.
